# logging emails from another mailbox

hello

I am new to Hubspot so looking for help. How do I log emails to another mailbox that are added as c.c on emails to contacts from different senders both inside and outsi of my organisation? I am trying to track conversations that need following up.

Hi @MGardner7,

If the email is already associated to a contact, you can manually associate it with other contacts: [Associate activities with records](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/associate-activities-with-records#associate-an-existing-activity-with-another-record)
