When receiving mobile inbound calls, the app requires that you log the call with details. Often inbound calls are from unknown parties, where a contact has not been created. Sometimes these calls are for business development or other purposes. It should be possible to log notes on the call Without creating an association. The inability to do this effectively locks the mobile app as there’s no way to log the call, and there’s no way to cancel the automatically generated call notes. So the notes can’t be associated to anything, but the notation can’t be cancelled and the only way around this is to close and reopen the app.
There’s also no way to add new contacts so when a new client calls into the app you must go to browser, create contact, then go back to app to finish associating the call. It’s not possible to create contact in mobile app because you have to force close app to get out of the call notes screen and there’s no create contact for association
