Logging 3rd party emails about a client to the client's record in HubSpot

My Outlook is connected to HubSpot and emails to and from a client are automatically logged to the client record. However, when a 3rd party emails me about a client but doesn’t copy the client, then I need to manually file this email against the client’s record in HubSpot. How do I do this so the client’s record is complete?

I’ve looked into using my Hubspot bcc or forwarding email but this only results in a general HubSpot filing and no entry against the client’s address as it’s not contained within the email thread.

You can manually associate the activity on the third-party contact record with the client’s contact record. To achieve this, you need log the email using the BCC or forwarding address, navigate to the contact record and establish the association: Associate activities with records
