# Logged Meetings \> Team Notes

When you click on Edit \> Actions in a **logged** meeting, you can add Team Notes. But the ‘Save and send update’ button at the bottom is ambiguous. It should be clarified to read: This will send an update to the **INTERNAL** attendee.
