In the past I already mentioned this issue with the HubSpot on-line support. I really would like HubSpot making this work automatically. If a user consciously selects a company/contact person in the HS pane in Outlook, then the e-mail should be logged in HS even though the To/cc/bcc email addresses are in the Never log list. Doing this manually afterwards makes people forget or don’t take the effort to get the email dragged into HS.

I might be missing something, but the whole point of a never-log list/feature is to never log something against that domain or specific email.
Why do you or your users want to log emails for contacts that are on the never-log list?
Sounds to me like the criteria for your never-log list need to be reviewed…

There are situations that colleagues with whom I exchange an e-mail, are in the Neverlog list by default (as in general e-mails to these colleagues should nog get logged in HS) but the content of a specific e-mail is regarding a HubSpot Company/Contactperson/Deal, which I want to log/registrer in HS. Currently I do have the option in Outlook to select (tick a box) of a Company/Contactperson/Deal, but in the end the e-mail will not be logged/registered in HS.
I would like the logging being possible when explicitly selected a Company/Contactperson/Deal.
