Enterprise Account Director adding my voice to this request. Email logging & tracking via mobile apps is a vital feature for your customers.
The current gaping hole in your product means
1. Email chains are routinely broken when account owners email on the go
2. Account owners are reluctant to send critical emails on the go because they need the logging & tracking features enabled
I can’t recommend your product to other sales professionals while this problem persists.
