Log emails from CRM to email server

Is there a way to log outgoing emails from CRM to gmail or other email servers? Aside from cc-ing teh email.

If neither the HubSpot sales extensions nor the BCC and forwarding email addresses are an option, then there are is only a custom solution leveraging the Engagements endpoints in the HubSpot API.

I already used HubSpot sales extensions. When I am using my gmail, the emails are automatically sync into the CRM. But when I am in the CRM, the messages I am sending out are not being sync into my gmail even if I use the BCC method.
