Log email in crm with forwarding address - language support

Hi

I suggest that you a broader language support for email-log from outlook e.g. the header. I represent a Danish organisation (and have no problem by using Hubspot with english menus etc.), but the Outlook/Echange is setup to Danish and therefore headers of emails are autogenerated to Danish and not English. When forwarding emails for the CRM it won’t function if you not manually translate header to English.

Example in Danish:

Fra:

Sendt:

Til:

Emne:

should (today) manually be translated to:

From:
Sent:
To:
Subject:

and now sync and everything works!

Please, code 4 lines for support of Danish (and other) languages, so we don’t need to do manual stuff!!!

I am struggling with same problem (Finland).

I was about to suggest the same as the users from Denmark and Finland above.

Nine month after we started using Hubspot i finally found out why we could not get the forwarding function to work.

Switching to English all over will not comply with the way we work and the look end feel we want for our customers, but at least I know now that there is a fix when BCC is not enough.

Just found out that it works fine just altering the from-tag. Not necessary to replace all lines in header.

Struggling with same problem (China), headers like “Reply:”,“Forward:” of emails are autogenerated to Chinese, then HS CRM tool won’t function correctly to catch/record the response in HS tickets.
