I am the sole owner and Super Admin of portal [redacted] (Region: NA2 / app-na2.hubspot.com).
The portal was created just a few days ago and is actively in use.
After my browser session expired, I performed a password reset and logged back in, but I was blocked by the message:
«You are not in any HubSpot portal. This could be because your portal was deactivated due to inactivity, or you were removed by an administrator.»
Since I am the only administrator on this portal, I could not have been removed, nor was it inactive. Could a HubSpot Community Manager please review the backend link for portal [redacted] and help restore my Super Admin access? I can verify my account email via direct message.
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging in! I’ve taken a look into you account and can confirm the portal is active, but the user may require technical support to be added back in. I won’t be able to tell exactly why from my end, but to add the User back will require a verification process for security purposes. Since you’re on a free account, I suggest submitting the form at the bottom of this page, under “Additional login help”: Log in to HubSpot
The above will form will submit a ticket with Technical Support where you can explain your situation and go through a verification process. Once confirmed they should be able to grant you permissions again. This will likely be the quickest path to getting you logged back in!
