Locked Out: Not Receiving Verification Codes (Free Tier)

Dear Community Manager,

I am not able to login using my Hubspot login ID. Whenever I try to login, there is a prompt to to enter the 6 digit code sent to my email address. However, I never receive the address.

I have tried out everything (Google workspace), Removing cache , trying to login in private mode. Nothing works. It’s been over 10 days now and I am losing business all together. My entire data is locked and being a small business I didn’t had any back up. Relied entirely on Hubspot.
I had to create a new Hubspot accout to reach you. The problem with my Hub Id is (dibyendu@niryati.co) and all users in the same account.

I request you to please do something as it has affected my business. Please understand I have done all the prerequisites by looking at your help blogs and also similar cases in the community.

It will be nice to hear a resolution.

Hi @DG_Niryati ,

Welcome to the Community!

I’ve gone ahead and unbounced your email address on our end, so you should be able to receive verification emails again.

That said, this behavior most often points back to how the receiving email client is configured, filters, quarantines, or allowlist etc. Once our system fails to send to you address multiple times is when your address becomes bounced.

It may be worth looping in your IT team/ reviewing the below article to ensure you’re not blocking these emails moving forward.

On a separate note: sharing a single login across multiple users on the same account isn’t the intended setup and isn’t recommended. You can expect to keep running into login friction, repeated verification prompts, and 2FA challenges when the same credentials are being accessed from different devices or locations. Adding each teammate as their own user on the account would be the recommended path.

I hope this helps!

Best,

Sam, Community Manager

Could you also help and unbounce my other admin email sagar.n@eximscouts.com too please?

Moreover can I change my super admin email to an another email ID?

Hi @DG_Niryati,

I’ve unbounced the second email. As for switching Super Admins, any Super Admin in the Account will be able to change these permissions by following these steps:

If the issue is that you’re not able to able to access the only Super Admin account, then I suggest following these steps from this thread here:

Best,

Sam
