LiveChat not showing when user is logged in

Hey, I have a strange problem.
I have a livecat on my webiste and as soon as user logges in the livechat disaprears. It only shows when user is not logged in.

Does someone know how I can fix the issue?

Hey @AllesUni Is this a HubSpot live chat? And when you say “logs in” do you mean logs into your HubSpot account? Or is this a third party system they’re logging into?

If this is a HubSpot livechat widget have you read the FAQ article for the widget not appearing here?
