What is it?
Customers on mobile now have the ability to view, delete and recall quotes from the HubSpot Mobile apps. The feature can be accessed from the Deal record.
Why does it matter?
Selling doesn’t happen while you are seated at your desk with the laptop open. Sales reps are constantly on the move.
This means that having complete visibility into your sales cycle is crucial to gain context and prepare. If you don’t have that visibility, that’s missed quota and lost revenue for your company.
Quotes fulfill a key part of this sales journey. With this update, you have access to all of the quotes that you have created on desktop visible on mobile for easy access.
How does it work?
Once you update your HubSpot Mobile App to the latest version, you will have access to the Quotes tab within the Deal record.
Navigate to the Deal record and tap on the Quotes tab.
From here you can do the following:

See the list of all quotes associated with that Deal sorted by Create Date

Tapping into a Quote that is published will let you preview the quote

Each quote depending on state will give you a few options:
- Published quote will let you Download a PDF, Copy link, Share, Recall, etc.
- Draft quote will let you delete it

Tapping on share will let you share the quote outside of the HubSpot app and tap into your mobile phone’s share functionality. You can use this to share the quote into email clients, messaging apps, etc.
