Hello. On the free account, how many live chats can I create and in how many languages? ---

Hi @SManolache there is no limit on the number of chatflows you can create. Each chatflow can have a single language and you can use targeting to control how they display. The only limit is that all of the chatflows would be channels for a single conversations inbox. ---

Hello again. It’s the languages. I have a Joomla site with three languages. All languages ​​have their own template, where I also put the code. The chats are displayed on all pages but all are in the same language. It therefore does not matter if I change the language display on the page, the chats do not change language. ---

You’ll need to create a chat per language, when you choose a website chat one of the very first options is to choose the language. If they are all set to English, it won’t translate it, you need to create the chat flow for each of the three languages and then on the target tab you would set the target to the language slug used in the URL for each language accordingly. 3 separate chatflows, 1 per language, 1 script that determines which pages each chatflows appears on based on the target settings. ---
