In the site [https://tiendaonlinecr.arcelormittal.com/](https://tiendaonlinecr.arcelormittal.com/), the HubSpot live chat is showing, but we need to disable it, but we are not using the WordPress plugin, and the client had an account in HubSpot, but this account was delete, so we don’t have access to it, and we are getting some problems with the chat. Any idea to disable it?

[@RChacón](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/372898) If you can noto access the HubSpot account to turn off the chatflow and are not using HS anymore then I would suggest you remove the HS tracking code from your site. This will remove the chatbot and any other HS features you have

```lia-code-sample
<?php
$trackEcommerce = ###;
$head = get_field('head', $trackEcommerce);
$body = get_field('body', $trackEcommerce);
?>
<?php echo $head ?>
```
