Hi, @DRijal 👋 Thanks for the question. I’d recommend checking out this post for some inspiration — [Visitor Identification API trouble](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/Visitor-Identification-API-trouble/m-p/409288/highlight/true#M40528), and this documentation for more information on working with the [Conversations API](https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/conversations_api/hubspot-conversations-javascript-api)

and the [Visitor Identification API](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/conversation/visitor-identification).

There is not a single guide or document to outline specific steps, as that will be different for each use case.

In general, the best way to utilize the community is to provide:

- steps you’ve taken
- recourses you’ve used
- code examples of what you’ve written or modified
- the exact issue you are stuck on

Have fun building! — Jaycee
