# Live Chat throws errors on first open

Hi there!  
We have an extensive integration with Hubspot and are looking to integrate the Livechat onto our customer-facing platform.  
We load the hubspot tracking code through our GTM.  
The live-chat is fully functional, however after any type of page-reload, opening the live-chat will throw throw three errors in the console and there is a failing http-request:

What can I do to resolve these issues?

I’d like to add that I’m testing the live-chat integration in a Chrome incognito window, while being logged into our hubspot dashboard in Firefox.
