# Live Chat React

I am trying to get Live Chat up and running on our company website (we are using React). However, I was having no success in getting conversations to work on the website, so I decided to create a new React project. I am still unable to get Live Chat working on there.

I have followed the `Getting Started` section at [Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/conversation/chat-widget-sdk) and I have put the tracking code on every line before the \</body\> tag. If you follow that link there is a console output if the window object is a truthy value. I am unable to see that console log. Am I missing a key step here? I have checked other community posts to try and implement some solutions that were suggested but none of those worked either. Please help.

Yes I did see that post. The tracking code was acheiving a 200 status, so that was fine. The reason the live chat was not appearing though was because my organization didn’t have any chatflows active (I didn’t have the proper permissions to turn them on.)
