I"m looking for a way to display a pop-up message from a live chat on specific pages only, while other page will have a different display.
Is there a way to do that with one chat? Do I need to create multiple live chats for that?

Are you looking for a specific live chat message to appear on some of your pages, while other pages would have a different live chat message? Such as a welcome message that targets a specific audience and a different welcome message that targets a different audience?

Yes, think of a purchase funnel where the first page will include a welcome message and the final page
will pop-up the chat after a few secs of inactivity with a different type of message.
