# Live chat on the knowledge base

Hello,

Is it possible to use Hubspot’s live chat widget on Hubspot’s Knowledge Base with a primary domain hosted on Wordpress while the Hubspot knowledge base is hosted under Hubspots domain, or a subdomain of the primary domain?

Hi @autozensp,

As long as the website has the HubSpot tracking code installed, you should be able to embed the chat widget, see [here](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/conversations/chat-widget-is-not-appearing-on-your-pages).
