Live Chat, modify the "Chatting From" property

We’ve just finished deploying the HubSpot Live Chat app to our own website. We noticed that upon oppening of a new Live Chat session, the “Chatting From:” attribute of the Live Chat conversation is set to the page url when the Live Chat app loads.
The problem for us is that the url captured is a redirect to Microsoft Authentication page. Because of that we are unable to see from which page the user is chatting with us.

How can we set the Chatting From url to a better value? Preferably one that we set ourselves.

Would you be able to please share some details on how you deployed the Live Chat to your website? Are you using an embed code or the conversations API?

Are you seeing the same URL for “Chatting From” for every single contact who chats with your team?
