Hi [@Kirill\_Pyulzyu](https://community.hubspot.com/u/kirill_pyulzyu), At this time, HubSpot does not offer any SDKs or APIs that would enable native, live chat functionality in mobile apps. If you are [Service Hub](https://www.hubspot.com/products/service) users, however, I can think of two alternate solutions to HubSpot’s live chat tool: - Use the [Tickets API](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/tickets/tickets-overview) to [create tickets](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/tickets/create-ticket) for your support team from in-app actions. Tickets would have to be followed up via email, however. - Integrate the [Facebook Messenger Platform](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/) with your mobile apps. [HubSpot is planning](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Integrate-Facebook-Messenger-with-Conversations/idi-p/204375) to add Facebook Messenger as a supported Conversations channel in the future. ---

Hello, We really like to use HubSpot to integrate all our customer feedbacks in one place, including emails, forms and Live Chat messages. But not being able to offer live Chat support in our iOS/Android app undermines our customer experience. Is there any chance that this might be in your schedule and will roll out in the future? I agree..we do need chat support in our native mobile apps (iOS and Android ). It is reallys stopping thing to use hubspot.. Our team moved to hubspot without cross checking this one.. 😞 ---

This would be really useful, things like this are the biggest limitation on shifting from Intercom to HubSpot for service. ---

Hi this is marked solved but solution doesn’t deliver the requirement to be able to place Hubspot chat into mobile app like Intercom does. We are looking to centralise our chat support functionality and CRM. Without Mobile SDK we would instead not enable hubspot chat and use intercom for all our support chat. Which is annoying as it will create two CRM databases. Please do let us know if this is on a roadmap? ---

Would suggest that if HubSpot is looking at integrating FB functions, it would be great to include the ability to monitor / respond to comments made in FB ads (including if FB ads are run by an agency). Need to have the ability to respond to all types of FB messaging in once place to be able to use InBox properly. ---

The HubSpot mobile app now has **Conversations** available in **More** (at least on Android), wherein you can interact with chat visitors. If you go into Notifications under Preferences you can get notified when new conversations start, and when the person you are conversing with replies. ---

Hi @fkufner & @LPetrova, thank you for your comments. After checking our documentation, I can confirm that we currently don’t have native support for live chat in mobile apps. Potential workarounds: - Embed the chat widget into a website and load that page as part of the app. - Embed a Facebook Messenger chat widget into the app then use the HubSpot \<\> FBM native integration to manage bots & chatflows. I’ve also found [this feature request in our Ideas forum](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/In-app-chat-widget-SDK-for-Native-IOS-Android/idi-p/533018), where other users are requesting this functionality. We use the Ideas forum to collect ideas on how we can improve the product for our customers. Product pays particular attention to the top voted ideas & takes them into consideration along with other feedback channels; it would therefore be great if you give the idea an upvote. Thank you! This is bananas. Every other CRM vendor we’ve looked at has it. HubSpot is massive, how on earth can it not have an ability to hook chat into a mobile app at this point? Bonkers.
