Live chat for targeted accounts/company

Hi there,

we’re looking for a live chat solution for the following scenario:
1. Targeted account or company we’d like to work with is visiting website.
2. Notification for sales/biz dev team, informing them about visitor
3. Sales/biz dev is hopping into live chat to ask if they need help
Is there any functionality in Hubspot that allows us to do that? We only want to set this up for some visitors, like identified leads or companies we’ve been in contact with before.
I would assume there is some sort of function where you upload a list/create a list with targeted companies and when that trigger is met, the live chat pop up.
If that doesn’t exist, I would be grateful for recommendations. We’re also using Dealfront.

@AZander This is possible through implementing Visitor Information Targeting Rules.

In the screenshot above, you can create a list in HubSpot that specifies any contact associated to a Target Account and choose that list as your ‘SHOW CHAT’ list.
