Listing all contacts a user exchanged emails with

Hi,

One of our users is leaving the company, and we need to send an email to all contacts that have interacted with them via email for the last year.

I’ve tried creating a list of contacts based on activities, but the email activities filters don’t include the to: or the from: fields.

Any ideas?

This should do the trick:

Adjust the “Activity created by” and “Activity date” according to your requirements.
