List reporting innaccuracies

I’m trying to build a list that shows people who submitted the calculator AFTER becoming a customer.
One of the contacts returned the HS record and activities show the calculator was submitted BEFORE becoming a customer, the properties show the below photo.
Is the issue because the calculator doesn’t have a timestamp just a date? and is it possible to add a timestamp alongside the date of this property?

Hi @squigglebit,

Sometimes lists need a while to populate correctly, even if they say they’re done populating. Sometimes it’s also cached preview information that is showing. Could you clear your cache and cookies and see if the problem persists?

The error still exists, I’ve tried it multiple times and left list a couple of days before checking data points in it.
