List property to select contacts who have not received an email

When creating a list, we have the options under marketing email to select contacts who have interacted with the marketing email or who have only received it, however, we would really benefit from implementing the option of selecting contacts who have not received the marketing email, that way we do not have to select this manually per all marketing emails sent to exclude the contacts.
