List out of "suppressed due to low engagment"

Hi

Is it possible to filter all contacts in the database that have received this condition? I want to create a list of them to have an overview of who got tagged with it.

Yes, this article explains the feature: Understand graymail and avoid sending email to unengaged contacts

Keep in mind that you have full control over whether these contacts are suppressed or not by checking / not checking the box in the Send or schedule tab of an email.

If you want to create a list of these contacts, you can use the Sends since last engagement contact property and follow these filter criteria:

  • Never engaged with a marketing email from you and hasn’t engaged with the last 11 emails you’ve sent them.
  • Previously engaged with one of your marketing emails but haven’t engaged with the last 16 emails you’ve sent them.
