Usually, the company name is updated when doing a bulk import.
If we do not have the Company Name or Industry, then it is auto populated with HubSpot Insights from the Contact’s email.
It has traditionally worked well for us but we have noticed recently that it is incorrectly changing Company Names and Industries that were originally populated by HubSpot Insights.
We noticed that an industry that we use, is being updated to Professional Coaching and Training even though though this is the incorrect industry for that type of company. So we created a list to see all the companies that have been updated to that industry recently. This allows us to manually go in and update those records to the correct industry.
I am trying to find a similar way to find company names that were updated recently to something different so that we can manually check them.
