Hello everyone,
I am creating Newsletter for all our subsidiaries. The biggest issue that we face is, after a Newsletter has been send, we see under Performance Report all the unengaged contacts.
I am writing my process, so that I get the right answer to my question.
Last month I created a Newsletter for our Team in Spain. I received a contact list which I uploaded into our CRM. Lets call the list “Parking” (includes 600 contacts) which I chose as recipients for our newsletter. After the Newsletter was send, I checked the Performance Report and found many contacts as “Hard Bounced”.
In my next step, I take the Bounced contacts (50 contacts were bounced) and add to an Existing List called “ES_Unengaged Contacts”. I created this list for our Team in Spain, because they want to keep the “Bounced” contacts. However, I want to prevent when sending another Newsletter with the same contact List “Parking” that those Bounced contacts are not included anymore.
You probably wonder why would you keep Bounced contacts? Our team in Spain goes back to the list to check what went wrong with the email addresses (misspelling, contact not within the company anymore,…) and corrects them.
My question now:
How can I delete those 50 bounced contacts in bulks from the original list “Parking” (600 contacts)? I only want to delte them out of the “List Membership” not delete the contact. Currently, I have to go into each contact and take them out of the List Membership manually. There is no option to delete them in bulks, as you can Add them in bulks to a list.
