I’m trying to creste a filter a list so that only names that have not received an email in the past several months. I have tried this filter to no success: **Last contacted** is not between **05/01/2023 (EDT)** and **10/06/2023 (EDT)** or is **empty**

Any input on what a better filter may be?

Hi @RSchiller,

This is easier with two lists:

1. List that filters for contacts within the date range
2. List that contains members not in list 1

Let me know if that works.

Best regards!

Is my filter correct -- to omit contacts from list that have received an email in the period?

@RSchiller technically yes, it should work. What makes you think it doesn’t? How do you check / verify?

Becuase I sent an email to contcts on that list. After refreshing the list, the contact still shows up. It should not based on the filter.

@RSchiller what type of email did you send, marketing email or one-to-one emai? What is the value for “Last contacted” for these contacts?

Hi @RSchiller,

This seems like a bug then which I’d recommend flagging with HubSpot support.
