This might be relevant for anyone who works with data quality and data management.
This functionality could be on the same principal as the Duplicate management. It would be great if we can choose the property to be used to find Duplicates (instead of Name or domain being the only property used to match companies and contacts).
Example: We have a company property Business ID which carries the VAT/registration number of the company. Theoretically, this should be a unique number. However, sometimes either the data enhacement service or the rep put the wrong value there. I would like to be able to see all the companies that have the same value in this property.
The filtering works only for property which value one knows, e.g. all Companies that have Country: Norway. But if one doesn’t know the value, there is no way to get the “duplicates” for this property.
@VVold I experienced the same issue for one of my clients in Belgium that was also using VAT number as a unique property to identify duplicates.
Was running into some other issues with duplicates and could not find a good solution so decided to develop Koalify a HubSpot pluging that make data deduplication easy. It might help for your use case as well!
