I’ve seen the Maketing Events Beta feature and I think it’s great, but I’m looking for a way to have the same visual information for my own events - not linked to another tool integrated with Hubspot.
E.g. I use Webex and would like to be able to have an “Event campaign” in Hubspot where I can add people and update the status to registered, attended, no show, etc. myself, manually or through list import.
Is that possible?
Also, once an event is synced throught the Marketing Events Beta, can I see the contacts associated to that and modify their status or is it just a reporting dashboard with metrics?
Thanks a mil.
Hi @IreneG hope you are doing well.
I don’t know your HubSpot licence
but if you are working on enterprise you can create a Custom Object for your events
and have all this info.
You can also set Custom Behavioral events, even with a Manually tracked event.
Hope this can work for you.
Thanks for the response Lucila. That would solve all my problems, but unfortunately I only have Marketing Pro and Sales Starter so I can’t create custom objects.
So @IreneG
have you checked Zapier for the Webex-HubSpot integration?
you can have some new properties added
this might help you,
here’s the link
Hi Lucila,
I don’t think Zapier would solve the issue as I don’t have a specific object for events. Also, we’re going to start using GoToWebinar, which will be more integrated, but I’ll still need to find a solution for the smaller events where we invite people personally and they just join a Teams call.
Thanks.
Irene
