It’s easy to add an Anchor on a web page that you can link to from your newsletter.
For example if the page URL is Insert and manage anchor links and the anchor is “insert-an-anchor-link” then the full URL is Insert and manage anchor links (note the # after the URL and before the Anchor). When you click that link it will automatically scroll to the anchor on the page.
You can’t (as far as I know) link within an email body (if that’s what you meant).
