Hi, apologies if I’m being daft…
I’m looking at my diary in the Tasks > Schedule view on the right. When I choose a meeting, info pops up on the event and attendees, but clicking on them takes me to google email or calendar, not back into Hubspot.
The use case specific to me is I do meeting prep and notes in the CRM, attached as comments to meetings so want to access them from my schedule…
any ideas?
Ta!
Hi @JCollins8,
When you click on an event in the schedule, HubSpot should show you a pop-up with the meeting time, duration, meeting name and attendees.
By clicking on the “Attendee”, you will be taken to their contact record. This is where you can see the meeting entry in the contact timeline. (Meetings do not have a direct link in HubSpot, hence the slight detour via the contact record.)
The easiest way to find the meeting is by clicking the Meeting tab at the top of the contact record:
By clicking on the meeting, you can expand the entry and team notes or comments.
Hope this helps!
thanks @karstenkoehler, that’s all good - think my confusion was coming from email addresses not added to HubSpot as contacts… clearly doesn’t add them in I receive the invite from someone new!
Thanks for your help!
Jez
