Hi All,

I have my own Hubspot account and now my boss has one and wants to view my deals on his ‘account’. He wants me to run with 2 accounts, mine for basic CRM info on clients and ‘his one’ to record deals. How can mine be linked to his so I just continue to use my original account, record info on deals and he sees this info on his account?

Hope oyu can assist!

Hi @JDuffy9,

It’s not possible to link or synchronize two separate HubSpot portals (at least not natively). Generally in situations like these, your boss would [add you as a user to their portal](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/add-and-remove-users). You would have to [export](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/export-contacts-companies-deals-or-tickets) your deals from your own portal and [import](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/import-objects#import-separate-files-to-create-and-associate-records) them in the new portal.

When working in the same portal, HubSpot has permissions functionalities to manage deal access: [HubSpot user permissions guide](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/hubspot-user-permissions-guide)

There are third-party solutions for synchronizing two portals, for example PieSync (see [here](https://www.piesync.com/help/want-to-learn-more/can-you-use-piesync-to-sync-hubspot-portals-with-one-another/)) or Lynton’s Multi-Portal Sync (see [here](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/sales/crm/multiple-hubspot-portals-integration-203965)), none of which are free. Integrations like these would increase complexity in your day-to-day and they would have to be maintained as well.

Hope this hepls!

Many thanks for your reply, much appreciated!

Hi @JDuffy9,

When your boss creates a user account under the same email address that you’ve used for your own portal, you’ll see a portal switcher on the upper right of your screen, see here: [Manage multiple HubSpot accounts](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/manage-multiple-hubspot-accounts#switch-accounts)

Best regards!
