In the mail campaign, link clicks are not getting recorded. I checked settings, link click tracking is turned ON, but still cant see. And these links in the mail are not just links, (they are), they are personlised links fetched from a column. How can this be rectified? does adding UTM parameters solvce this?

Based on previous observations, it has been noticed that in some cases CTA clicks may not be tracked when emails are sent as tests, but rather only when the email is live. If this is your case, to ensure accurate tracking, it is advisable to clone the email and send it to a few individuals for testing purposes. Once it has been verified that everything is functioning correctly, the original email can then be sent out confidently.
