I’m a new business owner and am just getting started with Hubspot. I have a website with Framer and I’m trying to create a popup form which captures someone’s name and email address when they visit my site.
I’m using the free tier (currently) and am aware that it’s not possible to create a popup form in Hubspot that I can embed into my website. It is possible, however, for me to use the Framer form builder to create a form and embed it that way - what I need to know with that is, is it possible to link a form created that way to Hubspot so I can create a new contact?
Just looking it does not appear it is possible with the default Framer forms. There are integrations you could potentially do such as with formspark or tally and then use a tool like zapier or make to push the submissions from the forms platform to your Hubspot instance. If this is something you needed help exploring and setting up, feel free to reach out as I have done many types of integrations and could offer support to get you up and running.

Is this using the Framer solution that the original poster referenced? If not, I would recommend creating this as a new topic as other experts will typically not jump in on posts that are previously marked answered.
In your case though, Checkboxes are typically not an on/off state and would have values associated with them stored in an array. The values can be “on” but that would need to align with your Hubspot property. Is that the case?
Thank you for the video. It seems like a much easier workflow than creating zaps, and a lot more intuitive. I might give it a chance, as it definitely has better pricing. Unfortunately, there is no lifetime license. I wish there was one (even if it was more expensive). Clients and everyone are tired of subscriptions, especially since Framer is becoming more expensive, and they will likely raise their pricing eventually. I wish people creating these plugins understood this. Is not like this plugin will give us updates and new features every month to have a subscription tier, know what I mean? Sorry just venting here… Thank you for the info!
I will consider it a lifetime subscription. I don’t mind it actually, but it has to be implemented and the roadmap is already full.
This plugin is regularly updated and I’m actually working on a new update right now. It improves performance and adds support for Drip.
There is also a support available 7 days a week, servers have to be maintained and services change their protocols all the time. Just recently Brevo changed the rules around security and an update has been made to accomodate.
Understood, yeah, I guess there is a lot that happens in the background, we regular users don’t consider or are not aware of, like those security features companies change without notice, and you have to be on top of everything. Thanks for the good work keep it up!
I don’t know, to be honest. You can check out other people’s plugins, for example, one guy comes to mind is Ryan Hayward (he recently won the Framer award), he creates these plugins and offers lifetime subscriptions. Sometimes he offers like 2 types of lifetime pricing. For example, an enterprise plan that is a bit more expensive, and a cheaper one for regular users who might be starting to freelance and have one or 2 projects.
To be honest, I think his lifetime pricing is super cheap, because they do offer support too. So I guess you have to consider that… And bet more on the benefit of selling more for a lower or more attractive pricing than having people pay yet another subscription. You know? It’s your work man, only you know how much effort and hours you can put into it and how tedious it will be to update each application, or keep users happy with the support. Thanks for considering it!
I am just tired of seeing everything with a subscription plan. Seeing something like a “lifetime plan” is unique nowadays, so it’s like a feature!
I guess you have to think about the freelancer. Sometimes freelancers need to convince their clients. The clients think that because AI is out there, they could just make their website in Cloude or whatever, or just open up an Instagram page…
Something that comes to mind, you might have a lifetime subscription for up to 3 domains and then another one for up to whatever # of domains that you think is worth it, or unlimited…
I work for a nonprofit, so as a nonprofit organization. We also have to think about spending, and when I come to the executive director with another subscription, it’s like come on! another one?!? You know what I mean?
Since your plugin has better pricing than Zapier (which is what we currently use) we might make the switch even if you don’t offer a lifetime plan. But a lifetime plan will be super useful not only for me, but I am sure for other users too!

Oh, that guy. Copied things from me up to the colors and wording (changed it later) and has the audacity to mention my plugin’s name on his website.
What they do is they take standard Framer fields and paste them as their components. Then they have settings which are limited to Framer’s standard settings and require a learning curve. Then they use components to store API keys which is not secure.
Captcha is a good addition, I’ll give them that, but Framer has a good default invisble captcha.
Yeah, competition is fierce, man… but these guys just price their products very low, burning the market, not good for developers (of course, I am not a developer), but I am a designer, and I see it all the time too in my field. Guys are practically working for pennies. It angers me.
You should copy some of their formatting too to place your product in a better position. Like mention Zapier, add a your tutorial video to the Framer marketplace, etc… They list their product well, you should too! You have a good product!
