My free HubSpot trial ended weeks ago, but their credit line is still linked to my WhatsApp Business account on Meta. I need you to review and revoke the shared credit assignment and confirm that it has been removed, without deleting my number or my WhatsApp account.

Hi @m.torres.ibarra and welcome, we are delighted to have you here!
Thanks for reaching out to the HubSpot Community and for sharing the screenshot with us!
Just for context, removing lines of credit is handled on a per-business basis.
In this case, could you please create a new WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) for the new BSP (Business Solution Provider) and then move the phone numbers and templates you’d like to use with your new BSP?
In most cases, transferring an existing WABA between BSPs may not be successful, so creating a new WABA is often the best way to move forward smoothly.
Please let us know how it goes. We’ll be happy to help if you have any further questions along the way!
Thanks!

Hi, thank you very much for your response. I would like to clarify that I am not trying to connect another BSP or migrate my account to a different provider.
All I need is to restore my account to exactly how it was before I started the HubSpot free trial. After the trial ended and I disconnected the integration, HubSpot’s shared credit line remains linked to my WABA, and that is what I need removed.
Before creating a new WABA or moving my number, I need to confirm that this recommendation will not affect the current operation of my WhatsApp Business.
I cannot risk losing access from the app, my chat history, templates, messages, settings, or experiencing any service interruption, as I have a daily flow of contacts to manage that cannot be stopped, and I cannot afford to lose any data.
Could you please confirm whether, by following your recommendation to create a new WABA and then moving the number and templates, it is guaranteed that I will not lose any data or functionality?
I also need to know whether, at any point, the number would have to be disconnected, re-registered, or temporarily stop working in the WhatsApp Business app.
My goal is not to change providers, but simply to leave my account exactly as it was before the HubSpot free trial. Thank you in advance.
Hi @m.torres.ibarra and thanks for the additional context and information!
Let me double check internally and I’ll get back to you on this.
In the meanwhile, I wish you a lovely weekend!

Hi! Is there any update on my case? Thanks a lot.
Hi @m.torres.ibarra and thanks for your patience.
I can confirm that your templates won’t automatically be migrated over, you’ll have to recreate them.
I hope this helps! And please let me know if you have any additional questions!
Thanks,

Hi, I created the new Waba, but I can’t migrate the number. I don’t get the option to either disconnect or migrate the phone number. I’ve been reading that you have to disable two-step verification, but this Waba, since it was linked with HubSpot, doesn’t have any options menu. I can’t access or edit anything. Could you please guide me through the steps to do what you recommend? Could you also clarify why I can’t delete the HubSpot credit line in order to use my original WABA? I don’t understand why I have to create a new one and go through all of this because of a free trial that ended two months ago. I look forward to your response. Thank you in advance.
