We have several workflows that operate on a rolling basis for which we want to track goal completions. For example, if a contact becomes a MQL we will nurture them and hopefully convert to a SQL.
We have a goal set up to track if someone becomes a SQL after being in the workflow, but per HubSpot’s knowledge base: A contact can meet a workflow goal while currently enrolled or any time after completing the workflow.
I could see a reason for this within a reasonable amount of time (say, a week) within the last email sent. However, if a contact comes back months or years later and converts to a SQL we don’t want to attribute that conversion to the workflow.
Any ideas on how we can make this happen?
