# Limit user access on emails.

It would be super helpful if we were able to limit which users have access to emails created if the user creating the email is a part of multiple teams.

Example: I am a member of multiple teams. I want to create an email that is visible to one team, but not another.

What sort of emails are we talking about - marketing emails or sales templates and sequences?

Also what subscription tier do you have in HubSpot?

HubSpot has a [content partitioning feature](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/limit-access-to-your-hubspot-assets) and also allows you decide [who can see and can use which sales templates](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/templates/create-and-send-templates#create-a-template:~:text=To%20make%20the%20template%20private%20so%20only%20you%20can%20view%20and%20use%20the%20template%2C%20click%20the%20Shared%20with%20everyone%20dropdown%20menu%20and%20select%20Private.%20You%20can%20also%20change%20who%20the%20template%20is%20shared%20with%20on%20the%20templates%20dashboard.).
