Hi @MRegragui,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community!
I understand that you would like to restrict the access to the conversations in the shared inbox so that a user only sees some of the emails, is that right?
I’d like to share this article that might be of interest to you: “Set up the conversations inbox”.
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @OPerek-Clark, @Mike_Eastwood and @Josh do you know if that is feasible and/or do have any suggestions to help @MRegragui, please?
Also, if anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation ![]()
Thank you and have a good day!
Best,

@MRegragui My initial thought is that you aren’t able to necessarily restrict access to conversations in the inbox to specific individuals but you could create a view within your inbox. I’d suggest thinking about other unique identifiers of the conversations you want this one individual to view, potentially those conversations are assigned to that specific user. Then you could create a view of conversations assigned to that specific user for them to use.
I recorded a quick walkthrough here: How to build a conversation inbox view?
I hope this provides some clarity for you!
