Would like to be able to lock down snippets to our users and only allow them to access the predefined snippets that have been created for them to use. Do not want them to create their own.
Not for our use, but I also think that when a user creates a snippet, that they have to indicate whether it is private to just them or available for everyone to view, like when creating a report. I could see the list getting quite lengthy if multiple users are creating them for their own purposes.
This is a necessity. We have users who are in free seats and can therefore only see 5 snippets. HubSpot shows them snippets based on the first created ones, so the snippets they currently have access to have no use for them.
Since there are no permission settings on snippets, it seems that the only way for me to get these users the snippets that are relevent to them is by deleting all snippets and creating the first 5 for them then recreate all of the others…
This is not a sustainable solution for us.
