There is a current limit of 500 emails/domains for all accounts in Hubspot. As my business is listed on the internet I get constant spam emails that block up and add addresses to my database. Also, there a lot of admin type emails that don’t relate to my database and therefore I don’t want logged. The easiest way to stop these being adding to my database is to instead add them to my blocked emails/domains.
I hadn’t realised this limit until I hit it and the system told me I couldn’t add any more. Now I have a problem!!
The limit of 500 is too low and I believe it should be increased, if necessary increasing by 500 as you increase your subscription, much like the number of marketing contacts increase in 1000 increments.
I love Hubspot, and I believe an increase in this limit would be really useful and improve the user friendliness of the product. I’d really like to hear people’s thoughts and perhaps a response from Hubspot as to whether this is a possible future change to the product.
