LifeCylce with totals per stage, including newly added to each stage within the month

hi ,

i am trying to create a report where we can see our company LifeCylce with totals per stage (thats the easy part), but including newly added to each stage.

The totals can be year to date, but the newly added need to be filtered (for example for this month).

The idea is that we can track the progress of the company lifecyle, (kpi to grow to number X) but also to see if there is any progress in a specifc month.

Hi @jeroenb,

The best way to build reports based on when companies entered a specific lifecycle stage is as follows:

  • x-axis: Date entered [lifecycle stage]: the date and time when the company entered the stage.
  • y-axis: Count of companies
  • Breakdown by Lifecycle stage

That would show you how many companies entered a lifecycle stage on a given date - and which stage they are within now.
