The customer journey reporting tool is now only support for contacts and cannot be used to generate a report based on the company lifecycle stage property. Our company changes several unique phases at the company level not for each contact so we want to run the same report based on Company Lifecycle stage. Anyone else find this useful, please Up Vote, thanks!
Hi there! We now support Company Lifecycle Stages in Journey Analytics. You can also switch to the ‘Company’ object if you prefer to analyze the journey report through the lens of the Company object, instead of the Contact object.
