Not sure why this was removed from the navigation for some users, but you should still be able to access files here:
https://app.hubspot.com/files/yourHubID/
Replace the “yourHubID” at the end with your portal ID. (You can find your portal ID by looking at the address bar of any other page you open in HubSpot.)
