My company has been using Hubspot for over 10 years. In that time, we have developed quite a contact list. More recently, we have downsized our plan that limits us to 7,000 contacts to actively market to through workflows and automated email drip campaigns. I was wondering if Hubspot allows limited plans to blast to our entire contact list (about 70k) for product promotion annoucements, etc. If we download the list and take it elsewhere, what email blasting tools seem to be the best to execute on this idea. We are thinking of a campaign that is 6 emails over a 3 month period.

If you want to stay below 7,000 marketing contacts, you won’t be able to send marketing emails to 70,000k contacts using HubSpot’s email marketing tool. The marketing contact (billing) feature is designed to force you to pay for the amount of contacts you want to send marketing emails to.
However, you can leverage other email sending tools and integrate them with HubSpot, allowing you to have all information in one place while using another tool’s marketing email sending feature. Mailchimp is the first that comes to mind: HubSpot Marketplace
