Legacy vs Non-Legacy Form Identification in Form List API

When I hit the API endpoint https://api.hubapi.com/marketing/v3/forms/, I receive a list of all HubSpot forms.

Could anyone please let me know how to distinguish between legacy and non-legacy forms from this API response?

There’s no specific field in the HubSpot Forms API that explicitly labels a form as “legacy” or “non-legacy” (i.e., created using the old vs. new form builder). However, you can identify the difference by checking the formType field in the API response.
