Is there a way to let your colleagues know why a workflow is set up the way it is? Like leaving a comment at the if/then branch to explain the logic?
If this is not available, how do you deal with it at your company?

yes, there is a small icon that appears on the bottom right corner when hovering over workflow actions:
When you click it, you can tag colleagues by typing @ and you can leave a note on that particular action.
