Hi Folks, I am looking for some directions regarding my career upskill. **My Experience Summary:** - I’ve worked with Salesforce for over two years in my current workplace. My role is mainly admin-related, where I troubleshoot and implement features for different objects, automate processes with flows, etc. - Before this, I worked as a digital marketing specialist in a digital marketing agency, where I was exposed to most of the digital marketing channels. **What I am trying to achieve:** - I’m looking to upskill and phase out my full-time job to freelance. I want to specialize in CRM Automation. My objective is to help businesses automate their businesses through CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce. - Besides sharpening my existing skills in Salesforce, I’ll also learn Hubspot and enhance my skillsets. **This is where I need direction:** - So many Hubspot marketing and sales software certifications somewhat puzzled me. As a result, I am seeking direction to ensure I’m learning the right things. Please recommend me a learning roadmap based on my objective. - I don’t mind learning new things, even if that means learning technical stuff/development to succeed in my journey. ---

Welcome to the community @Hasan3 and congratulations on working toward becoming a freelancer. I’m happy to help with a few suggestions to get started with HubSpot. To start, I would [create an App Developer account](https://developers.hubspot.com/get-started) - this will give you an account where you can create separate test accounts that have access to Enterprise tools for 90 days (you’ll need to create a new one as needed, but the initial test account should help you get up and running for most things). From your test account, click on your account name, then Projects: ![Jnix284_0-1726410108621.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/8/d/8daefbebbbb55ad1c734f1f8c09713899b85e8fc.png) This is only available in Pro/Enterprise accounts, which is why the test account needs to be used (unless you have access to a paid account). Then you could focus separately on Marketing and Sales, both contain certifications that would be a good starting point: ##### [New Marketer Playlist](https://app.hubspot.com/academy/53/saved-items/playlists/38164) \* ##### [New Sales Rep Playlist](https://app.hubspot.com/academy/53/saved-items/playlists/4007) \*\* \* This includes “HubSpot Marketing Software” you’ll replace it with [Marketing Hub Software](https://academy.hubspot.com/courses/hubspot-marketing-hub-software) \*\* This includes “HubSpot Sales Software” you’ll replace it with [Sales Hub Software](https://academy.hubspot.com/courses/hubspot-sales-hub-software) If you run into other content that’s not available, search academy and you’ll likely find a newer version. If you complete the above playlists, you’ll have these certifications: Inbound Inbound Marketing Marketing Hub Software Inbound Sales Frictionless Sales Sales Hub Software This will give you a really solid foundation in the basics and sales & marketing tools.
