It would be helpful to be able to see the same level of detail for leads that you can see for contact records. There is such limited information to view on a lead record and it doesn’t help a sales rep understand what to do with the lead. You can not see activities, form submissions, page views etc. You have to separately open up the contact record to do this which is tedious and adds an extra step. The lead view doesn’t tell you much and there is no possibility to customize what you see like you can on contact records. The views, properties, etc are all default and not customizable like when viewing a contact so the sales rep may be limited and can not customize it to best enable them to process leads. Overall it’s frustrating to have the lead separate from the contacts and have such limited properties and views for leads that do not tell you important information. For example, inbound leads can come from someone downloading content that requires a form submission. Which piece of contact they downloaded is very important for an SDR to process the lead. In the leads view there is now way to see this without opening up the contact record. So it would be helpful to get the same amount of detail on the lead record as the contact record so when processing leads, SDRs can have the whole picture.
